Right before you catch that Spring Fever, you’ll have to deal with a little March Madness.
For an entire month, men are glued to their tv’s (and at least have a good reason to be tied to the local sports pub stool) keeping track of how they did on their brackets and rooting for their favorite team to win. Meanwhile, us ladies put on our cutest sport paraphernalia and adoringly ask silly questions throughout the game. Of course, we secretly know the rules inside and out, but it’s so endearing to hear him try and explain.
March Madness doesn’t have to signify a whole month without your man. I choose to see it like a sport. A very sneaky women’s sport. It’s one where we get to put on his old college jersey and prance around in our knee high socks trying to divert his attention away from the game. The pigtails might come out if we’re REALLY trying. And even if we don’t succeed, we feel super cute doing it, because it’s fun to dress up, so basically it’s a win/win.
I think a basketball boudoir shoot would be a sport’s fans dream come true! It involves all of his favorite things: his old jersey (he loves reliving that infamous 3 pointer that won the game), the sport he loves (he better if he’s gonna be glued to the tv for that long), and YOU (his best score yet)! It’s a good starter boudoir shoot for someone who is a little more timid, but is dying to show just a little bit of their sexy side, because you get to have on something more comforting that just a lacy bra and undies (some people find that very nerve wracking in front of a stranger, but i promise we’ll be fast friends). And for the more daring, why not just throw on a pair of his favorite kicks. Yep. Just the sneakers. Don’t worry, that’s what angles are for.
At the end of the day, it’s all about what makes you feel good in your own skin. Hope some of these inspirational items help get your creative juices flowing!
XOXO,
Tawny
